Beginner Yoga is an important practice that has a profound effect on the body and mind. (We are all beginners for the first 13 years!) It's never too late to learn (or re-learn) the fundamentals of eace asana (poses): alignment, breathwork, techniques... Beginner Yoga will peacefully teach you to complete a variety of sun salutes, planks and other poses used in most yoga classes.

This is the perfect choice for new yogis who have special physical needs (arthritis, injuries, post surgery, post delivery, hip pain, etc.). You'll learn how to modify poses to improve flexibility, strength and overall satisfaction with any practice.
