Beginner Yoga is an important practice that has a profound effect on the body and mind. Learn the fundamentals of eace asana (poses): alignment, breathwork, techniques... Beginner Yoga is not Gentle Yoga. Beginner Yoga will teach you to complete a variety of sun salutes, planks and other poses that may be inappropriate for Gentle students.
