There are SO many benefits to meditation. Join us to learn how to experience the ultimate bliss that comes with a calm mind. We will explore several techniques that enable the mind to move into a meditative state, one or more that you will find valuable. NO experience necessary. It will educate you on how to breathe and adjust correctly. The results can be profound.
Meditation is transformative; it empowers us to work through the mental clutter to discover our true nature - which is peace. Meditation is the way.
We have everything you need, but feel free to bring your favorite wrap or yoga blanket, zafu, Pi bench, etc. Chairs are also available. Dress comfortably. Be prepared to remove your shoes. EVERY body type and condition welcomed.
