Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in, get oriented and ensure a space. Our classes begin promptly at the scheduled time, so allow enough travel time in these constantly changing traffic trends

This is the perfect choice for new yogis who have special physical needs (arthritis, injuries, post surgery, post delivery, hip pain, etc.). Also great for those who are physically fit, but looking for a custom program we can create for runners, rock climbers, swimmers, golfers, etc. You'll learn how to modify poses to improve flexibility, strength and overall satisfaction with any practice.
Arrive about 10 minutes early so you have time to sign in, set up a mat and get comfortable. With yoga you can:
